Open the Video Download tool, paste the media URL and choose Continue. ToolMints checks the link, detects the platform and reads the real formats available at the source. Pick a format and quality, confirm you have the rights to the content, then choose Start processing. When the file is ready a temporary download button appears.
The live list is on the Supported platforms page. ToolMints only enables a platform after a real verification run, so recognising a link is not the same as supporting it. Platforms are grouped as Supported, Testing, Experimental and Currently unavailable, and that list can change at any time.
The most common reasons are: the platform isn't enabled on ToolMints yet, the link points to a page rather than a media item, the content is private or requires signing in, or the link contains a login/credential. Check the Supported platforms page first, then try the direct link to the media item.
ToolMints will not process content behind DRM, a paywall, a login or any other access control, and it won't process a platform that hasn't been enabled. If the media is public and the platform is listed as Supported, the source may simply be temporarily unreachable — try again shortly.
Some media has no audio track at all, and some platforms are enabled for video only. ToolMints reads the real track list from the source, so if no audio option appears the source genuinely has none to extract. ToolMints never fabricates an audio result.
Processed files are temporary by design. Every download link is time-limited and the file is deleted automatically once it expires — ToolMints does not keep a permanent copy of your media. If your link expired, simply start the download again to create a new one.
Premium removes ads and raises your processing limits. It is billed $1.99 weekly or $5.99 monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Your entitlement is verified on the server on every request — it is never decided by your browser.
Sign in, open the Premium page and choose Manage billing. That opens the secure billing portal where you can cancel at any time. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refunds & Cancellation page for full details.
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout. ToolMints never sees or stores your card number, and prices are set on the server — the amount can't be altered from the browser.
ToolMints is intended for content you own, content you're licensed to use, or content that is openly licensed or in the public domain. The confirmation is a required acknowledgement that your use is lawful and complies with the source platform's rules. ToolMints does not bypass DRM, paywalls or logins under any circumstances.
Only as long as your temporary download link is valid. Processed output lives in temporary storage on the isolated processing service, expires automatically and is then deleted. Nothing is stored permanently and no copy is kept after expiry.
