Acceptable Use

ToolMints is built to be genuinely useful within the rules. These limits are enforced server-side, not just described here.

Allowed

• • Media you created or own
• • Media you have explicit permission to download
• • Publicly accessible media whose source platform permits downloading

Refused

• • Anything protected by DRM or encryption
• • Content behind a paywall, login or other access control
• • Private, unlisted or restricted content you cannot access legitimately
• • Copyright infringement, piracy or unauthorised redistribution of media
• • Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, and content that promotes violence or hate
• • Automated bulk scraping, bots, or reselling access to the service
• • Traffic designed to overload, degrade or deny service to others
• • Requests targeting internal networks, localhost, cloud metadata or other infrastructure endpoints
• • Malicious, deceptive or malware-bearing URLs
• • Attempting to bypass authentication, entitlements, rate limits or any other security control
• • Probing, scanning or attacking ToolMints, its processing service, or its users

Requests that fail these checks are rejected with a clear message. We do not attempt a workaround, and we do not pretend a rejected job succeeded.

Breaching this policy can lead to rate limiting, blocking, suspension or termination of access, and to reporting where the law requires it. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. To report abuse or a rights issue, email support@toolmints.com.
